Creating these shows is very time consuming. A recent show consisting of 200 photos and eight video clips took in excess of 30 hours to complete. This included scanning over 140 photos and undertaking colour correction, red eye removal, enlarging some images and removing such things as rips, creases and other blemishes and distractions from photos.

These shows are priced at £1 per photo, with a minimum charge of £50. Accordingly, you could have a show of 50 photos for this price. However, for more photos, the price could be negotiated.

This price of £1 per photo is based on the photo being supplied to me as a digital image.
If you provide ‘paper’ photos which I then have to scan, there will be a charge for scanning, depending on how many photos I have to scan. Contact me to discuss. Once scanned, I will include the digital copies of the photos on the DVD with your finished show. The scanned photos will be enhanced for exposure, red eye, colour correction and other blemishes.

A show of 75 photos would typically last about 11 minutes and could include 3 complete songs of your choice, assuming an average song is about 3 – 4 minutes long.

A show of 100 photos would typically last about 15 minutes and could include 4 complete songs of your choice, assuming an average song is about 3 – 4 minutes long.

A show of 150 photos would typically last about 22 minutes and could include 6 complete songs of your choice, assuming an average song is about 3 – 4 minutes long.

Two copies of the finished show are included in the price and will be provided to you on either Blu Ray or standard definition (regular quality) DVD’s.
Extra discs can be provided if required at extra cost.

I use printable discs so that the disc label will be printed onto the disc surface as opposed to using sticky labels which can come off and jam your computer disc drive or DVD player.
Discs are provided in a plastic DVD case with printed sleeve insert.
Video clips are priced the same as a photo if you provide the clips ‘ready to go’ in digital format. If I have to extract them from a home movie on DVD or other medium (not tape) there will be a charge for the time spent isolating the clips. In order for me to ‘cut’ your video clip from a longer video, I will require that you are able to specify the times of the clips, for example: ‘from 3 minutes 21 seconds to 5 minutes 10 seconds’.

Video clips can make the final product longer. If you have a 3 minute clip of your family member that you would like included, it stands to reason that the length of the show will be increased.

If you are not sure what music to use, I can offer suggestions based on what other customers have requested.
